Sancho has officially announced the loan of Aston Villa, and Manchester United's official website also posted a message to say goodbye to him:
Manchester United winger Jayden Sancho joined Aston Villa on loan, with a loan period of one season and is waiting for the registration process to be completed. Sancho joined Manchester United from Dortmund in July 2021.
In the second half of the 2023-24 season, he returned to Dortmund on loan and made his debut in the Champions League final against Real Madrid at Wembley. The winger then spent last season at Chelsea. Therefore, this transfer will be his third loan rating in Manchester United's career.
