The son of famous goalkeeper Peter Cech signed his first professional contract with Fulham.
Damian Cech posted a signing photo with Fulham on social media. His parents attended the signing ceremony. Damian Cech captioned it: "Eternal gratitude."
16-year-old Damian Cech played as goalkeeper like his father. He had previously joined the hockey club youth team, but decided to focus on football and played for the Chelsea youth team. He transferred to the Fulham youth team last year. He made his debut for the Czech U18 national team at the age of 15.
