The Post reported that former Liverpool player Adam Lallana is putting his luxury seaside estate in Poole, Dorset, on the market for 12 million pounds, nearly doubling the value of his purchase price of 6.3 million pounds four years ago.
The mansion is located at the end of a private alley in the affluent area of Canford Cliffs. It has better privacy than the nearby "Millionaire's Street" Sandbank Peninsula, which is more public.
This mansion built in 2012 has a living area of 12,410 square feet. The main house has five bedrooms and is equipped with a separate gatehouse and pool house. The manor has complete facilities, including a large outdoor heated swimming pool, gym and entertainment room.
Its excellent location is also attractive, close to the famous Paxton Golf Club, of which former coaches Souness and Ryan Fraser are members. Savills, the agency handling the sale, hailed it as "one of the finest coastal estates in the UK".
