A British couple’s beloved cat suddenly disappeared when they moved in 2013. As time passed, they thought they would never find it again. However, a miracle happened this Christmas, because the cat that had been missing for 6 years was found by well-wishers. They were so moved that they couldn’t stop crying every day. “When I received the call, I was completely lost. I couldn’t believe it at all and thought it was a prank.”

It is reported that the 19-year-old cat Tabs suddenly disappeared in February 2013, and his owner John lived on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent. Kinloch and his wife Jude were devastated. On the 23rd before Christmas, they suddenly received a call. A passerby found a stray cat that looked to be in poor condition on the street in Gillingham. After being sent to the animal shelter, staff found them through the chip information.
His 53-year-old wife, Jude, said: "We couldn't believe it. I thought it was a prank, but when the other person said Tubbs' name, I confirmed that it was real." Her husband has been crying every day since receiving the notice. "My husband's tears seem to have never stopped. He just looked at Tubbs' photo on the screen a few days ago, and he still sets it as his desktop. Now he can finally meet his best friend."

Finally seeing Tubbs again, Jude said, "I have never seen such an emaciated animal. It is so pitiful. Its spine protrudes from its back, its hair is very messy, and its body is covered with abscesses. Even though it has become very thin, I can still recognize its face. I don't know how it has survived all these years. Maybe it has been waiting for us. This is indeed a Christmas miracle."
