Tip 2: Use small bags of medicine as soon as possible
Sometimes we will retrieve the medicines that are divided into small paper bags from the hospital or clinic. Most of these medicines are separated from large packaging, usually 3— the dosage for 7 days, if stored in paper bags, they should be taken as soon as possible. If the disease is not used up, it will be cured or the medication has been adjusted. It is generally recommended to discard it. If the drug is more expensive, it can be stored in a small glass bottle with a good seal. It also needs to be labeled on the bottle to indicate the name, specifications and validity period of the drug to avoid confusion.
Tip 3: Pack a large bottle of medicine with small bottles
If it is a large bottle of 100 tablets of packaging medicine and the medicine cannot be used up quickly, you can take a small amount of tablets and place it in a dark, small glass bottle with good sealing properties. Take the medicine in the small bottle first to reduce the chance of the tablet being contaminated by repeatedly opening the bottle. But be sure to label the new glass bottle and state the name, specifications and validity period of the drug. Do not be confused with other drugs.
Tips 4: “ plate-packed medicine to avoid moisture; aluminum-plastic medicine, commonly known as “ plate-packed medicine, is that capsules or tablets are sealed in separate plastic bubbles. This packaging has a good dryness, but some medicines only need to take half a tablet at a time, and the remaining half tablet will change the storage environment even if it is put back into the packaging. Therefore, if the medicine is not used for the time being and the medicine is more expensive, it is best to store it in a small dark glass bottle. If the interval does not exceed 24 hours, you need to take the medicine again. You can put the tablets back into the plastic bubbles, but you should be careful to keep away from humid environments when storing. It should also be noted that when taking the medicine, you should break the tablets first, put the remaining tablets before starting to take the medicine to prevent the water from getting stuck on the remaining tablets, so that the tablets placed in the plastic bubbles will get damp.
