Teaching you to cleverly remove bubbles in the mobile phone film

In order to protect the screen of a smartphone, everyone likes to apply films on the screen. Because the film requires a certain technical content, bubbles will be generated if they are not applied well. Today, the editor will teach you how to remove bubbles in the film. Let’s learn about it together!

Removal of plastic film bubbles:

1. Preparation tools: scissors and transparent tape, and a small piece of cloth

2. Use a small piece of cloth to first push off the bubbles that can be squeezed out. Fold the cloth a few times and use its edges to push the bubbles.

3. There are still these unpushable bubbles left. Why can't they be pushed off? Because there is dust, the dust forms bubbles inside. We need to remove the bubbles by taking out the ash method.

4. Cut the transparent tape one to two inches long and stick it to the dust bubbles on the film, and then cut a small piece of transparent tape with the glue facing upwards.

5. At this time, use one hand to pull the transparent tape on the film upwards, and use it to pull the film up and a seam. Just pull one seam so that the tape on the other hand can be in. In order to let everyone see clearly, if it is pulled up, it will be easier to get more dust if it is pulled too big.

6. After pulling it up, you can see whether there is dust on the membrane or dust on the mobile phone screen. Look carefully. The dust is very small, and then use the transparent tape on the other hand to stick the dust. The dust sticks out, you see there are no bubbles. We use the same method to remove other dust.

Removal of tempered film bubbles:

Method 1: Use a hair dryer to blow

The method is to use the heat of the hair dryer to soften the tempered film, blow the bubbles with hot air for a period of time, and then press and hold the bubbles hard for a period of time. Repeat this to make the tempered film easier to fit the mobile phone screen.

Advantages: The bubbles are easily removed when they are inside the screen.

Disadvantages: If you don’t grasp the time and heat of blowing well, it is easy to damage the screen. This method works better with one method.

Method 2: Use a clip to clamp

to find a clip with relatively strong clamping force. Before going to bed at night, hold the bubbles on the edge of the phone screen and clamp them all night. After getting up the next morning, I was surprised to find that the bubbles had disappeared!

Advantages: Simple, easy to find and buy tools.

Disadvantages: If you accidentally slip, the edge of the phone will be scratched by the iron edge of the clip. The poster accidentally injured the paint of the phone.

Method 3: Use human lubricant or liquid glue

to make the phenomenon that there are always bubbles on the edge of the screen. After pressing, the bubbles will disappear at that time, but they will appear again after a while. This bubble is often distributed on the edge of the screen, and the air always enters through the gap between the tempered film and the screen.

How to use is to use a small amount of liquid on objects such as a toothpick, gently push the edge bubbles away, and force the liquid to slowly flow into the bubbles, so that the liquid fills the gap between the screen and the tempered film. Don’t forget to press the bubble during this period. This method is very good and does not cause much harm to the phone. But there are some requirements in terms of technical content.
