Cascarino recently talked about Foden's prospects at Manchester City, and he believes Foden has the possibility of joining Arsenal.
When asked if it is possible for Gralish to join Arsenal, Cascarino said: "No, I think Foden is more likely, and it is obvious that Arteta has worked with Foden at Manchester City. For some reason, Foden's performance this season has not met what we expected of him."
